CODE 08 MANUAL & AUTO

Light motor vehicles

Vehicles up to 3,500 kg, such as cars and bakkies. Where most new drivers start.

CODE 10

Rigid heavy vehicles

Vehicles from 3,500 kg to 16,000 kg, such as small trucks and buses.

CODE 14

Extra-heavy vehicles

Articulated vehicles over 16,000 kg, such as trucks with trailers.
